*We have now been notified that the issues with the Moving with Dacorum log in system have now been rectified and therefore you should now be able to login with your new memorable date and password. If this doesn’t work, please select ‘I have forgotten my password’ and this will send you new temporary details via email and give you the option to update.*

Please note that we have just completed an upgrade to our application system and there are now new sections on the application form that require completion by you. Please ensure that the full application form has been updated to reflect your current circumstances.

When logging in all applicants will be asked to enter a new memorable date and create a new password that meets the below criteria:

At least 2 lower case letters, 2 Upper case letters and 2 numbers. Symbols and punctuation are not allowed. Your password must be minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 10. You cannot re use your current memorable date or date of birth.

paperless billing for Council Tax and Housing Rent Statements (with the option to switch back to paper if you prefer).

Dacorum Online Training

Dacorum Online Training (DOT) is an online portal that provides free training and wellbeing courses for all - for example, Being Resilient, Beating the Common Forms of Stress, and basic budgeting courses. These courses contain a wealth of information to help with personal growth and knowledge of both housing and general wellbeing.

Any new applicant or exsisting tenant can access this course by visit the DOT website.
